Veg Sizzlers step by step

  1. Step 1 Onion,garlic,ginger,green chill, Carrot,coloured capsicum,French beans and cabbage Chop the onion  carrot coloured capsicum French beans very thin and then blanch(carrot capsicum French bean) After blanching put some oil in the pan and fry the chopped onion garlic ginger for 2mins Then add the vegetable, some salt,Hot chill sauce,ketchup, soya sauce and vinegar.
  2. Step 2 Boil e C-shape macaroni Then put some oil in the pan and add garlic ginger green chill Add boiled C-shape macaroni and add salt.
  3. Step 3 schezwan rice Soak the rice for 1 hour then boil the rice Chop all the vegetables in dices (French green bell pepper) and peas Put some oil in the pan then add diced onion garlic ginger then add the vegetables add pinch of  aginamoto cook for 2mins,add the schezwan powder or chutney and cook for more mins then add the boiled basmati rice.
  4. Step 4 gravy Boil the tomatoes to make puree In some oil fry the onion garlic ginger then add the tamato puree add salt and oregano and let it cook.
  5. Step 5 French fries I use mendoline for cutting the potatoes in equal thicknes Fry the fries slightly then allow it to cool and refrigerate it for 30 mins then fry again so u can get crispy french fries.
  6. Prepare ghee with vinegar for sizzling smoke. In sizzlers plate add some oil then put cabbage leaf On the leaf put Chinese vegetable,macaroni,schezwan rice, French fries and put the gravy on the top. Add ghee with vinegar on the side of the leaf for smoke. Cover the sizzler with a top so gets very hot and smoky. Now it's ready to serve..
